Internship Rank
The Internship rank is EarthStonks's first major in-game progression milestone. It cannot be purchased with real money — it must be earned entirely through in-game play. Reaching Intern signals that you're no longer a new player. You've grinded, traded, and built your way to the first rung of the ladder.

Both requirements must be met simultaneously. Once you have $250,000 in your balance and 100 XP levels, head to /shop to purchase the Intern role.
How to Reach $250,000
Combine daily voting ($250/vote), a job (Miner or Farmer), player chest shops selling strategic resources, and smart trading. Controlling a resource zone and setting your own prices is the fastest path to a quarter million.

- Accumulate $1,000,000 in your personal balance — check with
/bal - Reach level 100 XP — visible in your XP bar
- Open
/shopin-game - Navigate to the Intern rank purchase and confirm
- Your rank is applied immediately
The Cost Is Real
Purchasing Intern through
/shop deducts the $1,000,000 from your in-game balance. Make sure you're ready before confirming — you cannot undo the purchase.

- Vote every day — $250 per vote, compounding fast
- Get a job early — Miner and Farmer generate consistent passive income
- Control a resource zone — sell Iron or Gold to towns that need it for upkeep
- Run chest shops — passive income while you're offline
